There’s new podcast episodes, for anyone who’s interested. Over at Milk Carton TV, we’ve put out an API for Dark Angel, basically a quick primer on the show for anyone who’s not familiar with it. And at Critical Myth, there’s “Legacies and Letdowns”, where the crew talk about The Prisoner, Haven, Burn Notice, True Blood, Mad Men and Being Human.
Have a listen, and I hope you enjoy.
There’s been a few new podcasts out in recent days, and I’ve been lax in putting up posts about them, so time to rectify that!
Milk Carton TV has had two new episode: “And Now For Something Completely Different”, a quick Randomcast to fill in on a week in which our brilliant Editor in Chief was swamped and couldn’t get the regular episode ready; and “Rock, Paper, Scissors — Feedback!”, where the crew read out feedback and get swamped in a tonne of tangents.
Critical Myth also has a new episode, called “The 2010 Summer Season Begins!”, in which John, Edmund and Gary discuss the new episodes of Warehouse 13, Eureka and Rescue Me.
Hope you check these out and enjoy them!
The latest episode of The Casting Game is online, featuring yours truly.
Hosted by the awesome Arkle, the Casting Game is a great “what if?” game in which contestants get to pick the cast for a film adaptation of some other property (for example, the first episode had me and Arkle pick who we’d cast in a film version of the Star Trek: New Frontier novels). In the latest episode, me and Tosus in Germany got to choose not only who we’d cast in a hypothetical fourth CSI show but we also made up names and backgrounds for the main characters, picked a theme song and picked a city. Listen to the episode, vote on the Casting Game blog and tune in next time to find out who won.
We talk about Chuck, Burn Notice, Legend of the Seeker, the Sword of Truth novels and assorted other goodness. I hope that you guys have as good a time listening as we did recording. Enjoy!
John, Gary, Edmund and I conduct an autopsy on FlashForward and compare it to V. Which one did we like and which did we slam to high heaven? Listen and find out.
Episode 2 of the Critical Myth Podcast, featuring John from Jersey, Edmund from Greenville, Gary from Jacksonville and myself, is now online. We talk about 24, Heroes, Smallville, Supernatural and Dollhouse; it was a fun recording and I hope it’s a fun listen, so please enjoy.
